Hello everyone and happy new year!

It's been a few ages since I updated my journal, so I'd have to give some life signs again.

Unfortunately/fortunately, I'm working simultaneously on multiple projects, so that keeps me incredibly busy most of the time...

So, I am working for a Film/commercial and iPhone/iPod Touch Games company that is doing some cool stuff. I work there as an art director for two of their games now, and their style is quite different from what you used to see by me. They created a special deviantart page for previews and production images to show everybody that wants a mini making of each game as they move forward in development. Also, I'm working for a new cool MMO text-based game called Dark Curse, where I'm making the site layouts and the character concepts/units for Vampires, Humans and Werewolves (races that the players can choose to play).

The most challenging is a big project for History Channel, where I was assigned to create ultra-realistic 3D models of the identical faces of some historic personalities, like W. Shakespeare, G. Washington, and a few others. (I was given the actual 3D scans of their faces, in order to make their characteristics with the best possible accuracy).

Last but not least, I work for the Darkfall game like I used to, making all sorts of things.

Between those, I also do some small commissions every now and then.

So, other news apart from work; a while ago I got (instead of payment for a project) a Wacom Cintiq 21UX to drool upon! So now I have two 24' monitors and another 21' monitor tablet

(plus a Wacom Intuos3 A5 Wide SE and and a Wacom Intuos3 A6, that I put aside). Yeah it's an overkill, I know, but it's still pretty cool.

Also, one of my works was featured in the book Exotique 4 (Ballistic Publishing). I was previously featured in Exotique 2 and Elemental 2 as well.
Finally, I was featured in the online magazine Amazing Events (You can check it out here: www.fantasyanapublishing.com/).

That's all for now; I'll be around here until May, and then I'll have to serve to the military service for about year

(that's mandatory here, unfortunately). I'm looking forward to be done with it.
